A few things that might save you the wait:
- Where's my order? Your tracking number is emailed as soon as your parcel is scanned by the carrier. Check your spam folder if you haven't seen it.
- Wrong size? Measure your dog before ordering — every product page lists exact dimensions. If it still doesn't fit, we'll sort it out.
- Something arrived damaged? Send a photo with your email and we'll replace or refund it without asking you to ship anything back.
