Many dogs are drawn to moving water, but every dog is different. Some drink right away; others take a few days. If yours is unsure, leave the old bowl beside the fountain for the first few days, then move it away.

Try the tape test. Put a strip of tape at the water line in the morning and check it in the evening. Do the same with the old bowl and compare. It's the same test that started Barlow.

Choose Small Dog for one small or medium dog. Choose Big Dog for a large dog, or when more than one pet shares the fountain. You'll refill it less often.

Yes. One fountain can serve every pet in the house. With several pets, the Big Dog size means fewer refills.

No. The fountain is wireless. Run it on its rechargeable battery wherever your dog likes to drink, or keep it plugged in if an outlet is close by. Your choice.

304 stainless steel. Plastic bowls scratch over time, and scratches are harder to scrub clean. Steel stays smooth and is easy to wash.

Once a week: turn it off, pour out the water, and wash the stainless steel bowl in warm, soapy water. Rinse, dry, refill. The manual in the box shows which parts can go in water.

Check it every couple of weeks. Replace it when it looks discolored or the water flow slows down. Your manual lists the recommended interval.

Yes, tap water is fine. The filter catches hair and debris as the water circulates. Top it up whenever the level gets low.

Orders are processed in 1–2 business days (not on weekends or holidays), then standard shipping usually takes 7–14 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Details on our Shipping Policy.

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Any customs duties, tariffs or taxes charged by your country are paid by the customer.

International tracking can sit still for a few days between scans. If nothing changes after 5 days, email us your order number and we'll help you follow up with the carrier.

Email us right away with your order number. We'll do our best, but once an order is accepted we may not be able to change or cancel it, so please check your order before you pay.

Check your order when it arrives. If it's damaged, contact the shipping carrier or email our support team with your order number and a photo, and we'll help you file a claim.

All major credit and debit cards, plus the other options shown at checkout. Payments run through Shopify's encrypted checkout. We never see or store your card details.

You have 30 days after receiving your fountain to request a return. It needs to be unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, with proof of purchase. Email us to start. If your return is accepted, we'll send a return shipping label and instructions.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a little longer to post it.
